Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Shipping cost is on us.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
- We do accept exchanges if in stock.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at heather_lovins@yahoo.com with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
